Alex Gardella
President
A fourth generation carpenter who was first introduced into the field as a young boy in his father's shutter company. Alex has since worked in a diverse background of carpentry environments ranging from: shutters, refinishing, foreman in a high end cabinetry and millwork shop to being a superintendent for a local luxury home builder. The big dream was to start his own carpentry company one day, with a team that is just as friendly as they are talented. He serves as our president and oversees all operations.
Hillary Gardella
Executive director
Hillary serves as our very own work mom. She manages the contracts, invoicing & accounts receivable for the company. She also works in developing and designing growth strategies, gathering and analyzing business data, monitoring company performance and supporting communications. Like all good moms do, she makes all the behind the scenes office operations just happen. Moms are the best!
Ryan Krinsky
Director of operations
Ryan manages and oversees all contracted work in the field, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly and coordinating and scheduling to make it all happen. He brings to us his vast skill set in finish carpentry and many years of experience in the field. Ryan makes it all come together!
